It all starts when you hop into one of our 4-seat Polaris RZRs and hit the Cheat Ridge Trail that runs under towering Spruce forests. You'll cross exciting terrain and enjoy views that only a handful of Snowshoe guests get to see before reaching the Sunrise Backcountry Hut for a 3 course lunch or dinner.

Adventure Dining Details
- A valid driver's license is required for all drivers.
- The minimum age to drive is 18 years old. The minimum rider age is 6 years old and at least 46" tall.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- A waiver, provided at check-in, is required to be signed prior to participation.
Hours of Operation
- Adventure Dining Dinner Tours are available daily at 5:00pm with extra availability Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm.
- Adventure Dining Lunch Tours are available at 11:30am on Thursday and Sunday.

Sunrise signature spinach artichoke dip
Cheesy baked spinach artichoke dip hot and bubbling right out of the oven, served with crackers for dipping.

Seasoned ten ounce grilled ribeye
Glazed salmon fillet
Seared duck breast with orange sauce
Eight ounce venison tenderloin with blackberry reduction
Stuffed acorn squash
Paired with Red skin mashed potatoes and bacon Parmesan brussel sprouts drizzled with balsamic reduction.

Sunrise BLT
Bacon, mixed greens, avocado, Swiss and tomato served on a toasted ciabatta roll with aioli sauce.
Vegetarian Option
Pesto, mixed greens, avocado, tomato, and mushroom bacon, topped with balsamic vinaigrette. Served with kettle chips.
Cup of Soup
Roasted red pepper tomato soup.
Dessert
Hot apple tart with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

To book a Thanksgiving Adventure Dining Tour click "view pricing and book." Then, on the next page, select "Guided Off-Road Adventure and Special Dinner Tour." From there you can select your day (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) and book your adventure.
