Sometimes, after a big day on the hill or before, your body just needs some restorative stretching and posturing. Sometimes, the combination of Mountain air and yoga is all it takes to bring a little balance to your life. Beginners and Walk-Ins are welcome in all of our yoga classes.

Classes will be held in the Greenbrier Room of Allegheny Springs at 10am.
