The Snowshoe Mountain, Inc. “Ballhooter Festival VIP Giveaway 2026” is subject in all respects to the complete Official Rules available by visiting the Sweepstakes webpage which is located at www.snowshoemtn.com/sweepstakes or by sending a S.A.S.E. to “Ballhooter Festival VIP Giveaway 2026 – Rules Request,” c/o: Snowshoe Mountain Resort, 10 Snowshoe Dr., Snowshoe, WV 26209 (VT residents may omit return postage). Open only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the U.S.A. (excluding Rhode Island) or D.C. who are at least 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void outside the U.S.A. or D.C. and where prohibited or restricted by law (including in Rhode Island). Sweepstakes entry period begins at 9:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/23/2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on 8/1/2026. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person or address (physical or email).
