Snowtracks - Season Long Program
We've got this winter covered for your mountain kids with an amazing season-long program built around camaraderie and consistent, tailored instruction. From first-timers to park riders, Snowtracks builds strong friendships, confidence, passion, and incredible skiing and snowboarding skills to help your kids make the mountain all their own!
To register, click on the button to sign-up and pay, then fill out the registration form and email to skischool@snowshoemountain.com. Registration forms are due by October 1, 2024 and payment is due by October 31, 2024. If spots are still available on November 1, registration will re-open to the waiting list and to the public.

New Participants:
Due to the consistent nature of Snowtracks, children often progress quickly as a group. In order to maintain the instructional integrity of the program we request you adhere to the following guidelines and requirements.
-If 2024.25 will be your childs first season in Snowtracks and they are first time skiers/snowboarders or still learning to stop and turn they are required to attend a session prior to December 21.
-We strongly suggest scheduling your trips to include the December 14 weekend so that your child can begin to establish skills and maintain pace with their group.

-Typical day will include a warm up, group & individual instruction, free ski/ride, practice, and a team wrap up.

Forever Wild - Season Long competitive Program
Forever Wild Freestyle Team applications are now open. The goal of Forever Wild is to nurture a sustainable, high quality athletic coaching program built to support the skills, confidence, and development of young athletes as they progress within the competitive ski and snowboard arena.
To apply for a spot on Forever Wild, fill out the registration packet below and send to skischool@snowshoemountain.com by October 1, 2024.

The cost for Forever Wild is $1,699 + tax
-Cost does not include USASA National Championships
-Payment can be made after acceptance into the program via online link (provided later) or over the phone
-Snowshoe will provide a travel coach for up to 3 regional events. For any event outside or after the 3rd regional event costs for the travel coach must be provided by the Forever Wild Parent Booster.
-During regional events with a travel coach, regular on-site practice will be cancelled or a guest coach will step in.

-Member of USASA. Fees range from $0-$140 depending on age.
-Proficient on black terrain and be able to make dynamic turns on all mountain. Freestyle ability of 50/50 or ski slide on a rail and 360 small jumps.
-Participate in a minimum of 2 USASA events during the season. Appalachian Series one day event fees apply and travel may be required.
-New applicants must have participated in Snowtracks previously. Coaches will work 1:1 with athletes in Snowtracks to determine early advancement to the competitive team if requested. It is not guaranteed advancement will be granted.

Team Jackets
The Helly Hansen JR Alpha Team Jacket is required for the 2024.25 winter season. The jacket will be ordered in Navy Blue then embroidered with the Forever Wild team logo.
-Jacket price is $110 plus embroidery. The jacket and embroidery are two separate charges and will be invoiced to you at a later date. Jackets must be ordered by June 3, 2024.

Junior Coaching Program
Athletes age 16-20 can now participate in our Junior Coach program. Athletes 16-17 years old must have permission from a parent/guardian to apply.
The Junior Coaches will apply to be hired as a paid Snowshoe employee. They must have participated in prior winter seasons and be in good standing with the team. Junior Coaches will be required to attend 4 days of paid instructor training. They are permitted to compete in any competition of their choosing while in this program on their own time.
