Snowshoe Mobile Lodging Check-In
A convenient, contactless way to check in to your stay and access your unit using your smartphone. No front desk visit or physical key required.
Mobile Check-In is available for guests staying in the Village, Soaring Eagle, Silver Creek Lodge, or The Inn at Snowshoe who booked their lodging through Snowshoe.
How It Works
Step 1: Download the Snowshoe Lodging AppAvailable in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Step 2: Enter Your Reservation Information Enter your name and reservation number to check-in. You can check in anytime on the day of your scheduled arrival. We recommend checking in before heading to the mountain, as cellphone service is spotty in some areas.
Step 3: Enable Bluetooth and Push Notifications This will allow you to receive an alert when your room is ready.
Step 4: Use Your Phone as a Digital Key Your digital key will unlock your lodging unit, parking areas, lodging amenities and common areas. After check-in you can share the digital key with others in your unit via email. rich-text, responsive-table

Where Can I Use Mobile Check-In?
You can use mobile check-in anywhere with cellular or Wi-Fi connection. We recommend checking in before you head to the mountain as cell service is spotty in some areas.
If you're checking in on the mountain, we recommend these designated locations with Wi-Fi service:
- The Inn at Snowshoe (located at the base of the mountain on Rt. 66)
- Top of the World (located near Parking Lot D, across from the water towers on Snowshoe Drive)

Do I Need to Stop at a Front Desk?
You only need to stop at a front desk if you prefer in-person service or a physical key. Otherwise, mobile check-in handles everything for you.
How Do I Pick Up My Lift Tickets, Rental Forms, etc.?
If you pre-booked lift tickets, rentals, or tours, you can set up a delivery time to your unit via the app or pick them up at any front desk.
What Is a Digital Key and What Does It Unlock?
A digital key is a secure, Bluetooth-enabled key stored in the app. it unlocks the door to your lodging and other access-controlled areas by simply holding your phone near the reader. Note: Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone for the key to work.
Your digital key grants access to:
- Your lodging unit
- Elevators, gyms, and other secure amenities
- Your designated parking area based on your lodging

Can I Share the Digital Key With Others In My Group?
Yes. After checking in, you can share instructions via email with others in your party so that they can access the digital key on their own devices.
Can I Check Out Using the App?
Yes. When you're ready to leave, simply tap Check Out in the app. A receipt will automatically be emailed to you.

Try the following steps if your digital key is not unlocking your unit or other amenities:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
