The wind rushes in your face and the trees zip past as you head through the backcountry on a snowmobile. Snowmobiling is quickly becoming one of the most popular winter sports at Snowshoe for both the young and the old. Our experienced guides will create a memory that will last a lifetime as they take you to some of the most spectacular parts of our mountain. Whether you're looking for just a leisurely ride or a more adrenaline filled adventure on singletrack trails, snowmobiling is a must do during your stay on the mountain this winter.

One Hour Guided Snowmobile Tour
Tour the Snowshoe basin slope system during our one-hour snowmobile tours. This is the perfect way to cap off a great day of skiing and riding.
Midweek:  $100 per person
Weekends and Holidays:  $125 per person
Passengers, ages 6 - 15 years old:  $45 per person
Tours offered daily at 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm, 7:45pm and 8:45pm.

Extended Backcountry Tours 
During this tour, you'll go deep into the backcountry and see the mountains in a completely new way.  This tour is more technical and requires previous snowmobile experience.
Offered at 1pm - seven days a week beginning December 17th.
Price:  $150

Beginning March 17, 2008 all tours will be held during the daytime at the Silver Creek area.

All snowmobile tours have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  All cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity will result in forfeiture of entire activity fee.
