Snowmobiling is quickly becoming one of the most popular winter sports at Snowshoe for both the young and the old.
Our experienced guides will create a memory that will last a lifetime as they take you to some of the most spectacular parts of our mountain. Whether you're looking for just a leisurely ride or a more adrenaline filled adventure, snowmobiling is a must do during your stay on the mountain this winter. Two tours are available to suit everyone from first timers to experienced riders.
All snowmobile tours have a 48-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity will result in forfeiture of entire activity fee.
Availability is limited with all Outdoor Adventure products. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made by calling our toll free reservation hotline at 877-441-4386. Tours meet at the Outdoor Adventure Village Outpost next to the Shavers Center.
The consumption of alcohol prior to or during the tour is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be under the influence will not be permitted to take the tour and will forfeit their payment.
One Hour Guided Snowmobile Tour
Tour the Snowshoe basin slope system during our one-hour snowmobile tours. This is the perfect way to cap off a great day of skiing and riding.
$49 per driver and $29 per passenger*
*Passengers must be between 6-15 years of age and at least 46" tall. All participants over the age of 15 years must drive and must possess a valid driver's license. All drivers under the age of 21 must bring their driver's license with when meeting for their tour. No passengers permitted after 8:00pm.
Two Hour Guided Backcountry Tours
For true Adventurers Only: during this 2 hour excursion you'll go deep into the backcountry and see the mountains in a completely new way. This tour is more technical and requires previous snowmobile experience. Passengers are not permitted on Backcountry Tours. Offered at 1pm and 3pm - seven days a week (dependent on natural snowfall)
$99 Monday - Wednesday
$129 Thursday - Sunday
