The Snowshoe Mountain Bike Park is nationally recognized as one of the best in the United States. Sculpted into the mountain, the park offers nearly 20 trails, 1,500 vertical feet of descent, with chairlifts and shuttles to return riders to the summit.

Green Zebra off-road adventures are one of the new adventures on the mountain. You can choose to take the controls or just be a passenger in these adrenaline charged vehicles. Our guides will lead you across our resort and through our backcountry trail network to see the forest like never before!

"Pull" your way to a fun and relaxing addition to any Snowshoe Mountain Vacation. Snowshoe offers an automated 5 Stand Course and an automated 12 Stand Woods Course. Instruction is also avaialble through our professional Sporting Clay guides.

Relax at Split Rock Pools after a hard day of enjoying our mountain playground. This indoor / outdoor aqua center features slides, several hot tubs, a sauna and plenty of room to relax while catching a few rays.

Nestled nearly two miles out on the Cheat Mountain Ridge Trail sits that Sunrise Backcountry Hut. Beneath towering Spruce, the Hut offers a great lodging alternative for those looking to "get away from it all."

Miles and miles of hiking trails spread across over 11,000 acres of unspoiled wilderness is why people love to visit the resort. You can grab your backpack and head-out on the trails yourself, or, through the Adventure program, we offer several guided hiking programs that let you take advantage of our mountain playground with a group.

Experience Shavers Lake - the highest elevated lake in West Virginia. After a scenic ride on the Ballhooter Lift, you'll canoe, kayak and paddleboat rentals, hiking trails, a playground and more is offered at the lake.

With Pocahontas County being the birthplace of rivers, eight rivers in all, you're guaranteed to have the fly-fishing trip of a lifetime. Several guided programs and trips are offered through an off-site vendor.

Head on down to Shavers Lake via the Ballhooter Lift for some summertime fun on the Eurobungy and Climbing Wall. It's the perfect activity for kids of all ages.
