Backcountry Hut New Year's Dinner |
The Sunrise Backcountry Hut is much more than a secluded cabin; it's an adventure and arguably the best dining experience on the mountain. On New Year's Eve, our guides will meet you in the VIllage and guide you along the 2.5 mile trail to the Hut. At the end of the journey, a warm, inviting atmosphere and a deliciously prepared meal awaits you.
Your New Year's Eve Dinner includes:
- Baked artichoke/parmesan dip with crackers
- Broccoli and Cheddar Soup with fresh baked bread
- Choice of: 14oz. New York Strip Steak or Backcountry Roasted Duck or Grilled Salmon or Grilled Italian Portabella
- Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas
- Fresh Baked Desert w/ whipped cream
- Soft Drinks, House Beer Wines
- Also offered at additional costs are a selection of wines by the bottle.
