Daily Mountain Comments:
Snowshoe Mountain is home to the best conditions and most terrain in the region! Cold temperatures overnight have allowed the snow to set up this morning as a frozen granular surface expected to turn to a granular surface by afternoon with a clear sunny day in store. Our 215 acres include four parks, Cupp Run and Upper Shay's Revenge. The Mountaineer Parks crew are currently building Spruce Glades Park with an expected opening of tomorrow, Saturday, February 4th.

We would like to welcome all of our SARA racers to the mountain and wish them luck this weekend! Racers will be on Widowmaker Saturday and Sunday. Coming up on February 6th, the legendary Cupp Run Challenge returns as one of Snowshoe's oldest traditions. The Western Territory is calling!

At Snowshoe, Spruce Glades is closed for a build and Progression Session is open as a small introductory park. At Silver Creek, Robertson's Run is open as a small introductory park, Timberjack is open as a medium park and Mountaineer is open as a medium-large park.

Groomer's choice is Gandy Dancer.
