Daily Mountain Comments:
Mother Nature has once again proved how fickle she can be, forcing us to delay our Opening Day for the winter ski and snowboard season to a new target date of Dec 4. Forecasts do show cold air and possibly natural snowfall moving into our area beginning late next week, allowing the region’s largest and most powerful snowmaking system to be hard at work, covering our slopes. We will be operational beginning Wednesday, November 25th, offering guests a variety of amenities off the slopes, including several dining and shopping outlets, an indoor/outdoor pool facility, and our 15,000 sq. ft. Big Top Entertainment Centre. We will continue to evaluate forecast models in the coming weeks and will open just as soon as conditions allow.
