A sample dinner menu includes: Artichoke Dip with crackers, Soup of the Day, Fresh Baked Bread and Choice of a 14 oz. New York Strip Steak, Backcountry Roasted Duck or Glazed Salmon Fillet along with Garlic Redskin Potatoes, Asparagus and Fresh Baked Dessert.
