Snowshoe Mountain employs over 1,400 winter seasonal workers during peak season.  Approximately 250 of our winter employees are Internationals from eight different countries.   We employ these workers on two types of visas:  the JA and H2B.

As you can imagine, with the varying climate and roles & responsibilities, every department on the mountain has a slightly different requirement for employee uniforms. You can visit the link below to see more details about the uniform requirements in your respective department.
Snowshoe offers a limited number of employee housing options. From dormotory style rooms to apartments to three bedroom condos, we offer housing for upwards of 400 employees. Employee house does fill up fast, so put in your request today.
Snowshoe Mountain is a destination resort, and is subsequently remote.  To travel by car is the most convenient mode of transportation. 
During office hours, you are welcome to come to the Snowshoe Mountain Human Resources office to apply for employment.
