Snowshoe Mountain employs over 1,400 winter seasonal workers during peak season. Approximately 250 of our winter employees are Internationals from eight different countries. We employ these workers on two types of visas: the J1 and H2B.

Snowshoe offers a limited number of employee housing options. From dormotory style rooms to apartments to three bedroom condos, we offer housing for upwards of 400 employees. Employee house does fill up fast, so put in your request today.
