Snowshoe Mountain offers a significant assortment of privileges for active Seasonal and Year-Round Employees. The following is a partial list of employe benefits offered to employees of Snowshoe:

• Free skiing and riding, discounted ski and snowboard rentals, free ski and snowboard lessons and free snow tubing (block-out dates apply during periods of high demand).
• Food and Beverage discounts apply in varying degrees across the mountain's facilities.
• Retail discounts are administered at most Snowshoe-owned outlets in altering amounts.
• Employees are entitled to complimentary green fees at the Gary Player designed Raven Golf Club during the Summer Months.
• Mountain Biking discounts involve complimentary passes and discounted Bike Rentals.
• Other Summer Activities have discounts associated.

As a member of the Intrawest Family, employees in good standing are entitled to a spectrum of discounts applicable throughout North America. The Intrawest Family encompasses many premier resorts across North America. Snowshoe Employees are enabled with reciprocal lift ticket benefits at Whistler/Blackcomb, Canada; Panorama, Canada; Tremblant, Canada; Blue Mountain, Canada; Steamboat, Colorado; Copper Mountain and Winterpark Colorado; Stratton, Vermont; Mountain Creek, New Jersey. Discounts are also available for lodging at Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, Florida.
