-One comp room night for every 40 room nights sold
-Complimentary meeting room rental fee
-Complimentary meeting room equipment rental for in-stock equipment (does not include LCD Projector)
-Complimentary parking (does not include Valet parking at Allegheny Springs/Soaring Eagle Lodge or Mountain Lodge for non-Mountain Lodge guests)
-A credit rebate equal to 5% of the total meeting package revenue (rebate will be applied as a credit to the final bill and applies only to package revenues) 
-A complimentary “Fun Pass” for all guests booking through Snowshoe Mountain Central Reservations (some offerings are seasonal and may not be open daily).  “Fun Pass” offerings are as follows:
Scenic Lift Rides (bike transport not included), Split Rock Pool Access, ˝ Hour Paddle Boat Rental, Fishing Pass at Shavers Lake and a 10% Discount on Sporting Clays

Great extras for your attendees:
-Conference lodging rate is applicable 72 hours/3 days prior to and after the conference period
-All conference attendees will receive a coupon offering a 20% discount off of Adventure products (Green Zebras, Segway Tours, Sporting Clays and Geocache Hunts)
-All conference attendees will receive a coupon offering a 10% lodging discount off of a future visit (offer expires one year from conference end date)

In keeping with our theme and surroundings of 'Forever Wild,' Snowshoe Mountain strives to achieve a balance with our natural surroundings.  The health of our mountain environment is vital to our employees, our guests and our community.  Therefore, Snowshoe Mountain is committed to an environmental program that adheres to maintaining or exceeding regulatory compliance, pollution prevention and continual improvement.

Package includes:

Green Conference Pledge
I, Meeting Planner, pledge to do the following six (6) initiatives (you can pledge more if you’d like):
___ If handouts are used, they will be printed on the front and back of paper.
___ Print on recycled paper.
___ Recycle paper products.
___ Refreshment Breaks - I will not order beverages in plastic bottles and/or cans, but rather by the gallon and use washable cups and glasses.
___ Request that leftover foods are donated to local food banks or are composted. 
___ Require that each meeting opens with a “green tip of the day.”
___Implement a Green Eco Teambuilding Project.  Your Sales and/or Conference Services Manager will assist you with this task.
___ Provide an online only conference registration to conference attendees
