Purchasing Lift Tickets and Passes

Before beginning the skiing and snowboarding part of your vacation at Snowshoe, you will want to make sure that you have a valid lift ticket.  To access any of our slopes and to ride our lifts, a lift ticket is required.

Where to Purchase Lift Tickets
If you did not book a lift & lodging package and did not receive your tickets at time of Check In, you can purchase lift tickets at the following locations:

• Inn at Snowshoe Front Desk
• Silver Creek Front Desk and Silver Creek On-Mountain Sales Desk
• Shavers Center On Mountain Sales Desk
• The Depot in the Village
• The Mountain Adventure Center
• Mountaintop Check In Center at the Top of the World
• If you are a Snowshoe Season Pass holder and need to pick up your Pass, please visit the Depot in the Village.

Other Important Information
Now that you know where to purchase a lift ticket, here are a few other important pieces of information to know:

1. Snowshoe lift tickets are non-refundable.

2. Snowshoe lift tickets are non-transferable and are not for resale.

3. Snowshoe lift tickets are valid on all our slopes systems including the Snowshoe area, the Silver Creek area and the Western Territory (check the daily Ski Report for hours of operation and lift/trail openings).

4. "Freedom Tickets" give you the freedom to ski both day and night.  Day skiing is available at both areas.  Night skiing is available only at the Silver Creek area.  Check the daily Ski Report for hours of operation and lift/trail openings.
Snowshoe lift tickets are valid only for the date(s) indicated on the ticket.

How do I attach the ticket?
Lift tickets work through a zip - tie system.  Fasten the lift ticket to a designated lift ticket clip, to the zipper of your jacket, or on your ski pants.  Place your lift ticket on a visible part of your body, somewhere easily accessible, as you will need to present your ticket for scanning to a lift attendant prior to riding one of our lifts.

You will also notice that our lift tickets have a perforated bar coded section at the bottom of the ticket.  Please remove this section and keep it in a safe place.  If for some reason, you lose your ticket, you will need this bottom section in order for a new lift ticket to be issued.

If you have any additional questions regarding a Snowshoe Mountain lift ticket, please ask any of our staff members on the mountain or your Reservation Specialist at time of your initial booking.
