Dear Valued Homeowner,
We would ask that you please take a few minutes to complete your Owner Use Calendar for the next six-month period. Attached you will find a quick and simple one page guide that explains the different aspects of the calendar. When completed, simply email or fax your copy to the Owner Relations Department at 304-572-6973, or sdilley@snowshoemtn.com
Please complete and return your Owner Use Calendars to the by the date specified on the top of the current calendar. Owner Calendars received after the due date will be subject to availability.
Once your calendar has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for each individual reservation including the dates and names of friends, if applicable. Although these requests have been double checked by the Owner Relations staff, we ask that you review each confirmation to ensure its accuracy is to your satisfaction.
