Guide to the Owner Use Calendar

Please Read before completing calendar:

1. Complete all fields of the “Owner Identification” area, this information is important to ensure accuracy within our records and reservations is maintained.

2. If you would like to make your condominium 100% available for rental during this time period please check the box located directly beneath the Owner Identification area.

3. Read the bulleted “Important” information and initial bottom point.

4. Take note of the listed Holiday Schedule which is color coded as follows:

-Early Value Season – Grey
-Pre-Christmas – Yellow
-Christmas – Red
-High Season – Orange
-Martin Luther King Weekend – Light Green
-Presidents Day Weekend – Dark Green
-Late Value Season - Blue

5. Please place an “X” on the Nights that you wish to reserve for yourself or your
friend to stay in your condominium.

6. If any of the nights you wish to reserve are flexible, or if you would like to be notified if Snowshoe Mountain’s occupancy increases to 90% or greater during the reserved dates, please place an “F” to indicate these nights. (See Example Above)
 
Note: Check-in time is 5:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. It is important to remember if you wish to arrive prior to 5:00 pm you must reserve your unit for the night prior to your actual arrival date. Similarly, if you wish to check-out later that 11:00 am you must reserve the next night as well.

7. If any of the reserved dates are for family, or family with a different name, please note the dates of the reservation, the primary guest name(s) that will be checking in.

8. Please return to the Owner Relations Department no later than July 16, 2007

9. Contact the Owner Relations Department immediately with any changes or cancellations.
